I live chatted with Sony yesterday, they banned the console and said they would contact Fed Ex and investigate. Miraculously the tracking status switched to on truck for delivery this am. Now I just gotta get Sony to unban it. They said it wouldnt be a problem, but if it's anything like the rest has been....

Was your console delivered? Mine still says delayed and just updates to in transit to BR each morning for the last 5 days.

5 days.
the new date according to gamestop was supposed to be today, but it came Tuesday. Luckily my neighbor was home because they just left it on the front porch to be stolen. I asked him to bring inside his place for me.
It kept saying on the fedex app it got scanned in covington last thursday night. And every day it was rescanned saying in transit, sometimes at like 2:50 am. Then on Tuesday it finally said on fedex delivery vehicle for delivery.
And every time i called fedex they would say the package was on its way to the distribution center in your area and no new updates. They cant or wont really help you out with that.
I live in New Orleans, btw.

Today is my 5th day of it being late. This is what my tracking information looks like. My wife has a FedEx shipment that is doing the same thing. I've never seen such a cluster frick with any package I've been waiting on.

Did you get yours from gstop or sony? Might want to call who you bought it from and make sure they can see it in Baton Rouge. You can maybe even get them to hold it so you can just go pick it up instead of waiting for someone to put it in a truck for delivery.

I got it from Sony. I've called FedEx 3 times. They said they can see it in BR they're just dealing with more shipments than they can handle and it hasn't been put on a truck for delivery yet. I was supposed to get a call today but that didn't happen. If it doesn't show as out for delivery tomorrow I'll call again. That's what happened with my charging station from Sony. It was nothing but in transit scans and then on Monday it changed to out for delivery. They also said I couldn't pick it up because the shipper put a restriction on the delivery.

Yeah I called gamestop and the lady said she could hold it there. The lady on the phone was also originally from slidell and she said that covington station wasnt doing deliveries on the weekend so i decided to just wait to see if the status changed after the weekend. I wouldnt have been able to go get it any way until during the week.

PS direct queue. Multiple tabs doesn’t give you multiple chances, but multiple browsers and devices do. I learned this fact last week, secured a ps5 from Sony on Thursday.
I had 4 browsers on my laptop, 3 on my tablet, my cell and my gf’s cell. My cell ended up being the winner, but you could tell that each of them had different amounts of time remaining
