For hard raid, everything before oryx can easily be done at 305. For him you probably want to be higher.

I got the pulse rifle, auto rifle, sniper, gloves, and titan mark at 305, then artifact at 310 from quest.

I'm at 304 with a 298 helmet and 298 shell. Hoping the next raid I'll get the 310 shell...my buddies I play with range anywhere from 305 to 298.
