Looks average. I think Bad Juju is better. This will only be good on boss precision hits where it would never run out. However, Touch of Malice is better with that when there are invulnerability auras. When there isn't one, Black Spindle.

I thought I heard you had to be over 300, and that the drops were 310-320.

I wouldnt be suprised if its 310. They have made the hard raids the highest light level possible when they drop. Which is why its gonna be dropping 320 gear.
