Do I have to use my own rune to get the calcified fragment on the courts?

Yeah you have to be the one to initiate the court in order to receive the fragment. If you're trying to get fragments for Tier 2 (stolen rune) bosses, you can just let the event cancel if you don't get the boss you want. You won't lose your rune even if you cancel or fail to kill the boss.

Looks average. I think Bad Juju is better. This will only be good on boss precision hits where it would never run out. However, Touch of Malice is better with that when there are invulnerability auras. When there isn't one, Black Spindle.

Get the hung jury at dead orbit. Easily one of the best if not the best legendary primary.
