To this day, I still cannot believe they put that airport mission in there. 
Props to them though for realism and not cowering to public perception, shite like that can happen.

this mission would probably go over well nowadays in the media if it was clarified the airport was full of White Straight Christian Republicans.

For some reason I guess more recent CoD's have made MW2 more memorable for some. I put days into it, don't get me wrong, but it had its fair share of issues. Akimbo Shotguns, Marathon+Lightweight+Commando Pro, unbalanced guns, Heartbeat sensors, Noobtubes ... Very fun, but lots of BS as well. I think it was the first COD that got rid of Juggernaut, but if you didn't run Stopping Power you were at a decided disadvantage.

For me it was the worst just because it was basically the end of good CoD games on PC. So disappointing considering how good the first MW and WaW were on PC.

One of the best single player campaigns ever. What a blast. No mission was better than the Chernobyl mission in the first, but the campaign as a whole was much better. MW3 sucked shite
