Things that annoy you in games that you love

Self-explanatory
Mine is in Civ5. Last night I'm playing as the Zulus and make a deal to sell citrus to Austria for 7 GPT. The deal expires after 30 turns and about 5 turns after that she comes to me and says "This deal has faded from our eyes over the years, shall we renew it?" or something like that. I click accept. Her response?
"That offer is not good enough"

Only things that really irk me as game crashing bug/glitches. I've completely stopped playing enjoyable games because it froze up and I lost my save data requiring a fresh playthrough.

enjoying a game.

Happened to me in New Vegas. I was 3/4ths of the way through, game froze on me and I lost everything. Traded it in the next day.

I fired it up a few weeks ago.
I love New Vegas but 3 is still my favorite. It just hooked me.
