Of course, I will somewhat contradict myself and say that my vote is for a Dr. Wily game, which could be a mix of Megaman and Dungeon Keeper. I want to be able to build and upgrade a robot army, from the fodder robots all the way to the robot masters, and place them within some sort of level I design.

Off topic a little, but I'd love a game where the U.S. didn't concede Berlin to the Russians, and then went on to demolish Russia immediately after WW2.
