Follow @division_reset on Twitter if you want to know what each vendor stocks every reset.
These vendors can sell some nice purples.
There is a dank marksman rifle at the grindhouse for the next 24h
Better link for all vendors

Less than 24 hrs to get 6 lvls? Challenge accepted
Just spent the night in the DZ as a lvl 24 beating up lvl 20 and 21 mobs plus 2 named bosses. Waste of time. Had to break everything I extracted down to parts since I was over leveled. Not worth twinking out at lvl 14, 19, and 24 imo. Most of the DZ is either too low level or too high, then the extraction zones are crawling with mobs.

The dz rank and funds acquired were probably good. At rank 30 you can buy the real nice stuff
A lot of people make alt accounts and stop them at 14 or 19 and just pvp in the dz with absurd gear.

Went to the DZ for the first time last night, it was fun and the drops are insane running solo is HARD, but as someone said people seem to naturally group up and run together. I had two "groups" come defend when I called in an extraction. Outside of the DZ last night was not my night, I was trying to clean up some stuff in the 18-19 zone at level 23 and kept getting my butt kicked. I just wasn't my night.

Hit 30 this morning and picked this bad puppy up. Really wish it had the steady talent but its still a really good rifle to start out with.

Another tip, when you do side missions you get blueprints for certain guns. If you see one you really want, I would wait because once you get the blueprint that gun is locked on whatever level you are at when you beat that mission.
So do side missions last?

I use side missions to level up. Easy decent XP. Not worried about the gear til I get to 30. Even decked out in greens and some blues you can get into the DZ, have fun and buy gear from there. Need money to buy vendor gear that's better than yours? Go back and repeat a few main missions for cash.

No, because what he is saying is false. The blueprints are a set level. So if you did a lv 8 mission at 30 it would still be lv 8.
Also those blueprints will not be for top gear when you get to 30. So it would not matter anyways.

I equipped an LMG last night for the first time. (lvl 19)
was pretty nice. Suppressive fire from behind a Smart Cover is pretty strong. headshot machine. never ending magazine.
crafted myself a blue Vector cuz YOLO and that's now easily my favorite SMG. I recommend

The LMG's are awesome at the onset of an engagement. They are great for those shielded bastards when they are charging.

My end game idea is LMG / Shotty, Smart Cover, Support station. Tanky crowd controller / support
ETA: Survivor Link & prioritizing Health, Skills, DPS in that order

Just an FYI for ammo management, this may be common sense but if you have 2 of the same weapon type equipped then the ammo is shared between the two weapons. If you have a SMG and a LMG equipped, it will have two different ammo types which will allow you to have basically double the ammo.

For those grinding to 30, I just wanted to pass along some things to other causal gamers like myself:
- Try to save a set of +scavenging gear. This will help with drops for loot runs later on.
- don't waste your blue crafting material early on. Save them until level 30. Deconstruct blues and sell purples.
- practice crowd control skills as you go along. Find the one that works best with your style. You can grind to 30 easy with just shoot and heal but later on for challenge mode (and likely raid) those skills are very important. If you get in a group for challenge with 4 people with pulse, probably better to just leave.
-if you run solo and want to pop in and out of groups for side quests and world activities then set your privacy to public. This made for a much more enjoyable experience for me. Unfortunately I had to set it each time I logged in on Xbox.
-gear level is different than level to use. Level 30 yellow drop in challenge mode but level 31 yellow comes from dark zone and sold blueprints that I have found
Would love to hear other info tidbits you guys might have

I got yellow gear worse than my blues by at least 200 from today's challenges.

That's not a bad set up. I'm still trying to figure out what I like, but I think I work well as an assault player. Probably going to run a good AR int he primary weapon, with a good marksman rifle in the secondary. I've found a good pistol really does come in handy too. Run first aide with the ability to revive teammates, and depending on the group/mission probably sticky bomb or turret for crowd control or zone control. Probably a scan or smart cover some too.
prioritize dps/health first, but still need decent skill.

What wing would you guy focus on upgrading first?
Posted on 3/16/16 at 11:02 am to Mr Gardoki
It kind of forces you to upgrade the health wing first.
Posted on 3/16/16 at 11:09 am to GoCrazyAuburn
like go crazy said, I think your early missions are more health. Get your med packs increased and increase your containation mask level.

this is important. There is a way to "frick up" and spend all your medical wing supplies to the point, that you can no longer venture into Contaminated zones to get more medical wing supplies, because you didn't upgrade your filter early.
having a filter of 02 early helps in the DZ too
