So i fired up COD:WAW to see how bad of shape it still was in

you know, god mode, guys flying around the screen, etc.
700 people online, and played 20 games of death match, and not 1 cheater.
This game was the best COD, especially the campaign. Nothing like Kiefer Sutherland yelling, "let's fricking go Marines."

Prefer COD4 MW as tGOAT. WAW is 2nd, for me.
I probably just prefer COD4 because that's the game where I discovered online multiplayer COD.

I also think this is a great COD. I prefer black ops and BO2, but it’s up there.
The multiplayer was incredible. I got on 4-5 years ago or something like that on Xbox and cheaters were everywhere lol. Glad you had a better experience

Spent many hours of my life playing that game. Loved using the bouncing betties while camping on the castle and dome maps. Lol

And i loved me some bouncing betties.
And nothing was as fun as Dome. It was a f'ing slaughter fest. You placed bettis real quick, thew a grenade, and bam. Meat and flesh every where. Just death on death.
Subpens was another small fun map.
Worst map was seelow, it was way 2 big for 6 v 6. Some one was sniping, you would spawn in back of map and it took a good 20 seconds to find the action.

Mp40 drum rounds and stopping power. Do not miss that shite

It was a different time, but aside from the MP40, most all guns were balanced. I miss how the semi-auto and sniper rifles played. All of them were viable once you got used to them. Even without a scope on the snipers.
Even the other SMG's had good TTK and the secondary pistol fire rates were great.
I enjoyed the big maps because they had tanks which meant I would spend my entire time trying to C4 them.
