I sitll need to play AC: Black Flag that was for free with gold like a year ago.
I got like three missions in and go stuck somewhere. First AC game I've ever played.

The world was great, but the missions sucked.

Rebel Galaxy is free on PSN right now and it is a decent game if anyone wants to download it. It gets repetitive and old after a while, but is great for a free game.

I hate on Ubisoft too but exploring the oceans was pretty cool

I will probably download this. Was it any good?

I'm sure you won't get a straight answer here. Someone mentions Ubisoft or AC and mouths start foaming.

What!? Black Flag was an awesome pirate game.

I enjoyed black flag a lot. Don't get me wrong, the story/missions left some things to be desired, but going around and being a pirate was a ton of fun. Probably my favorite AC world. Just something about that era really clicked for me.

The game would have been great if the whole thing was set at sea, that part was a blast.

Great lineup. Xbox GWG put out quality this month, and they're following it up with more quality next month. My wife is going to get so tired of me playing video games.

It's one of the better installments in the series. You should definitely stick with it.

Agreed. It was a shitload of fun on the ships and sailing to islands/taking out enemy ships. Even swimming for treasure...yeah that pirate era has always been interesting.
ETA: I used to have some of those pirate songs stuck in my head for the longest time

MY daughter was a little under 2 years old at the time. Sometimes she would be playing with toys while I would play Black Flag. After a while, she started singing "Yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me" over and over and over.

Same
It was the best AC game imo. Loved the pirate theme. Best pirate game I've ever played tbh

Yep hopefully that Pirate game Rare is making takes the spot though. Looks pretty nice so far

I liked AC III better than IV, but IV was still good.
In III, I just wish we could have gotten onto a big battlefield. That would have been awesome.
