Not from my earliest gaming experiences but I used to love playin the original, birds eye view grand theft auto on the pc.

Oh, and GOG currently has Gabriel Knight: The Beast Within on sale for 2.99. I highly recommend it. You're a New Orleans owner of a rare book shop, author, and the last descendant of a line of German hunters who protected people from supernatural creatures.
