Yup.
1)Install Emulator (a lot of them come with ROMs now)
2)If Emu didn't come with ROMs, get some (ROMs are the actual games)
3)Play.

Another helpful tip is to get a controller to play with. Playing some of these games on the keyboard just doesn't feel right.

Both PS3 and Xbox controllers work off of USB.

I just bought a cheap wired 360 controller for that. Can map the buttons easily enough.

Although, I don't think the PS3 has a wired controller, but they do have a USB charge cable which you can have plugged in while you play, so I think it works all the same.

Nestopia. You can find it on Tecmobowl.org, along with an updated version of Tecmo Super Bowl that has all the current NFL teams and rosters.

Amazon.com has NES controllers with USB plugs. Haven't tried it because most games work just fine on the keyboard. You use the arrow keys as the D-pad and the Z and X keys as the B and A buttons. Enter = Start. The only game that doesn't play well on the keyboard is Mike Tyson's Punchout.
