I don't think RDR online has the potential to be GTA Online like.

IMO we get a single player dlc, likely the gap between the end of the epilogue and the start of RDR1, Sadie Addler dlc, or an undead nightmare type that changes the entire dynamic of the game

Scooped this for $9.99 as an Amazon add-on item. I was young when I played it as a kid and can hardly remember anything, plus I never got to play Nightmare. Pumped

Nightmare is fun as hell

Plus the game really holds up well, it feels like an arcade-y RDR1. it's still fun as hell and the story, now with the background of RDR2 is among the best in gaming

If they release a nightmare DLC for RDR2 I will retract all my prior criticism. Walking through the swamp at night with zombies...

Game is set up perfectly for it.

There are already the night folk in the swamp that are pretty damned creepy. There just isn't a whole lot of content with them.

Speaking of creepy, I was walking around at night in Roanoke up around the Brandywine drop and I could hear faint whispering voices, but there was nobody there. It weirded me the hell out because in the headset, you could hear them like they were right behind you, but you turn around and nothing's there.

Then you hear them from a different direction. It's damned unsettling.

Right I ran into the swamp people one time and it was amazing. This chick was screaming her head off at night, and when I went to check it out the frickers jumped out of the trees and killed me.

Not sure about the whispers but that’s awesome. I did try to get into an abandoned cabin one night, and then just heard a woman cackling behind a locked door. If this game starts leaning a little more into the horror elements it could be something very special.

They certainly don't seem to shy away from creepy, that's for sure. There's a house over in the Eastern part of the map that you can't go into through the front door, but an upstairs window is open. If you go into the window, you enter into some sort of Frankenstein's lab where someone was sewing pieces of different animals together.

There's also a ghost train kinda Northwest of Rhodes. I was going through there in the middle of the night and when I got to the tracks, I heard a train, but nothing was there, then all of a sudden, this bluish train came out of nowhere and blew past.

I also ran across a ghost lady in the swamps NW of Saint Denis. You can see her from a distance and hear her talking, but if you get close, she disappears.

There's a guy in a cabin East of Lakay that says all kinds of really strange things and then he knocks you out and there's a really rapey feel to the whole thing.

There's a couple in a cabin somewhere North of Rhodes, if I remember right, that are brother and sister. They seem to be a little "closer" than is normal and they heavily imply they want a threesome with you. Then they get you drunk until you pass out and rob you.

There's a feral man running around the Northeast part of the map that you can follow into a cave full of wolves that attack you. When you kill the wolves, he goes into the fetal position and starts howling sadly. You find his journal from when he was a boy that describes how he ran away from home and found a pack of wolf pups and the writing just stops. Then he attacks you with a knife. Sad, really.

Hell, there's the entire town of Plaisance that is just dead.

There's all kinds of weird and creepy shite in this game.

Right and they’re probably the best parts of the game. We need more of that stuff in any future DLCs.

Plus combat feels too easy at the moment and the survival elements feel more annoying than anything. Zombies could fix both those issues.

I was a loot everything
Kill anyone with lip type till I got the TB.

Characters commented on me turning over a new leaf afterwards in cross talk.

I got the good ending but was still pissed I didnt get to put all the bullets in Micah.

Hoping for DLC and extra missons/stories

Just so everyone knows there is an easy way to play in New Austin as Arthur without getting attacked by lawmen.

After you’ve worked through a bit of chapter 4, all you have to do is replay the mission “Angelo Bronte, a Man of Honor.” It’s the grave robbing mission. Once the cops show up to the graveyard, make sure you get spotted. After completing the mission, you will be returned to your original position and will be able to enter Blackwater and whatnot without getting shot at.

Anyone gotten into the 90%+ completion range? Trying my best but there’s so much to do. Damn I love this game, can’t put it down.

I’m at 88%.

Anyone know how to get high honor back?

I’ve been doing the bandit challenges and have almost bottomed out

I think bounties give honor.

Bounty hunting. Not getting bounties on yourself obviously. Also throwing fish back.

donate 21 dollars each time you add camp funds. I haven't finished the game so idk if you can even still do that but it counts towards honor

Okay so I gave online a try for the first time and I got fricking wrecked. Like that shite was fricking dumb. I got killed by a posse while trying to deliver some cash and it just kept spawning me in the vicinity for me to get killed again and again. Another time I was just riding and I happen to ride into the path of someone else's mission that was going on and I guess they assumed I was trying to steal their reward or whatever and got killed while trying to mind my own business. Like seriously?

Never played GTA online so I'm new to open world online gaming, but I guess playing solo makes things infinitely harder...
