LMFAO @ $300 with contract for just the 16GB 
So not only do they force you to buy the 6+ if you really want to upgrade, but they also charge you $100 more per storage size. Just awful.

I did some number crunching for the iPhone on ATT comparison (2 yr contract vs Next plan).
What I pay for 3 phones...
Unlimited data, 2 GB data, and 3 GB data, unlimited texting and 700 shared minutes...190/month.
2 iPhone 5's, 398
1 iPhone 5c, 99
Over two years, paying my bill and using the contract price, I pay $5,057
With a 10GB share plan and 3 phones, it would be 145 per month (155ish, after fees)
Upgrading phones (2 iPhone 5s (27.09 * 2 * 24months)
(1 iphone 5c, 22.92 * 24 months)
Over two years, I would pay 5,570. Doing things the old way, I pay 500 bucks less over two years.
Chew on that before you go Next plan.

It's all a damn racket anyway. I think after I get my phone paid on this Next Plan I'm going to take my phone and get Straight Talk. I don't know what kind of network they use, though...is it LTE?

did you add the initial 500 for the phone price to your current contract price? just checking
the way I calculated it, the monthly cost would be about the same for me with VZ edge vs. my normal plan, with the added benefit of early upgrades
