Against the SEC 3.25 ypc. That's not running it well.

Obviously the 1.7 ypc against florida brought that way down

We had 44 for 198 against auburn, that's not great but not terrible

The running game has been declining over the last couple of games. Mainly because no one fears the pass. Also, we don't spread the field out at all when we DO run. Jam them all into a box and pound away. Hilliard has been a non factor lately.

42 yds rushing...fricking 42 yds. Unreal.

With the defenses getting better and our o-line going through growing pains, I don't see what happened against UF as an anomaly.

Whoever said it earlier is right...we can't run anymore because nobody fears our passing game. I mean, 3rd and 11 and he runs a swee or off tackle with our slowest running back. I don't get it.

The one thing I do like is them trying to use the TE in the passing game.

To be fair, it's closer to 3 ypc if you take away metts stats

We never really committed to establishing the run IMO, we had 25 runs and 25 passes, that's not lsufootball

The d line never got worn down like we usually gameplay for

Two timeouts, and made it blatantly obvious when you run a guy out there that doesnt even play in garbage time. As soon as you saw him on the field, it was like "WTF is he doing there, hes not going to pound the ball in..?"

My favorite play was punting with 3-4 minutes left

I know it was 4th and long but you had a better chance of getting that than stopping leleslee or whatever the frick

The first drive it looked like they knew what they wanted to do. After that, completely lost. How does a major college football coaching staff look so unprepared week in and week out? They asked Les before the game how Mett was going to step up, and he started talking about the weather and the environment. It's like he doesn't have the capacity to answer questions like that.

Worst play call was the pass to Ware in the flat towards the short side on 3rd and 4.

Backup tight end was the best offensive player of the game

Why do we consistently throw it short of the sticks?? Are receivers not open beyond them? Are we just sending them out to block for the FB/RB coming out of the backfield? This baffles me to no end.

I'm getting there. He's becoming indefensible.

His Les'isms have covered the fact that he doesn't have a strong football mind. I think most people have moved beyond "that's so cute" to "what home do we put him in".
