Still trying to get that unlocked. I need to just dedicate myself to running nothing but the class hall quests until I get it. I just hit 110 last night so it's either that or Suramar. Usually I take a week off of work and just grind it out in one (literally) none stop play period, but I was out of the country at release and couldn't start playing until Saturday.

It means you can play on any server with a buddy on your friends list as long as they are same faction as you.

It isn't a permanent transfer, so you can't join guilds and such. You can meet for a while to kick arse though.

Yeah can't join guilds together or trade/send mail and such. Every guild run I've done since cross-realming came out has had at least 1 player from a different realm. Also makes finding a PUG way easier, with the negative trade off being it's hard to find a group that will stick together and not bail after one wipe.

I've seen a few WoW threads on the GB and they really haven't caught any ground, I like some of the positive comments about Legion coming from this board. 
I'm really enjoying this expansion. I've played this game for a long time, I've never been this engaged from expansion launch.. usually there is a little downtime before raids come out, but I'm finding myself having a lot to do.
We have been doing Mythic dungeons to get better gear before the 20th. Mythic isn't really that much harder than Heroics..
I really enjoyed the Class Order questline and the intro of artifacts.. coming back to your hall and doing quests during the level grind is a great change of pace. Collecting "skins" for your weapons is a cool side hobby to do in game.
That third relic slot is a game changer, damage goes up when you get to that point. I'm getting close to my 20 AP trait mark as well.
ETA: And to the point about the smoothest launch, man was it? Zero issues all day. Minimal since.

There aren't a lot of MMO Players on this board (at least it does not seem that way)..and the few that are here do not seem to play wow currently for assorted reasons, but I think the current iteration of the game is the best it has been since Wotlk.
I am slowly leveling due to real life taking a lot of time away (being displaced due to flood sucks bad) but when I do hit level cap I am happy to see how much else there is to do in game.

It all made sense when he said he was an EE. Every EE I've interacted with has been really weird and had awful social skills.
I do get the vibe that most people here that play are more casual or haven't kept up in a while, but I'm not going to come in here and brag about being more hardcore in WoW like that's a GOOD thing.

I've come back for the expansion as has the rest of my small guild. I'm enjoying this expansion much more than the last two. I may stick around for a while.

I used to be super hardcore back in Vanilla. It was cool and I had a good time with some good people. I'm definitely a casual now, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
