I ordered that Sapphire linked. It's allegedly the best 280X on the market. I should just order two and put the 7970 in my spare rig and sell this 7870 I have.

passed on castlevania LOS but am buying wolf among us on daily deal. I had a lot of fun with TWD and I watched LPs of TWAU and had to have it.

All the cult coins are tanking right now, and the panic sales aren't helping. I'm just going to keep mining and keep holding LTC. Got nothing to lose but electricity.

It will go for a lot, and the hilarious part is that core speed doesn't matter much for LTC mining, especially with the 7970.

I'm about to pull the trigger on an xfx 280x.
I was trying to wait for a reference version to become available, but I decided im just going to sell it when I'm done and not assimilate it with my watercooled overlord for the long haul.

For mining only.... 6950 vs 7870? 6950 is $120, 7870 $130.
The 6950 seems to have higher hash rates in a couple of comparisons I've looked at, but those might be using the old cards that unlocked into 6970s.
