what kind of criteria do you use to search with?
"For parts Not working" then just read the description or contact the buyer and ask questions.
Plenty of people selling PC parts because they have no idea what they are doing. When it starts acting up they just dump it and move on to something else when all the old part needed was drivers or something simple.

Bigger cases are easier to work in. even better for water cooling

I really want to jump on one of these 5970s that people say BSOD on eBay. Those cards have so much power

Nothing to lose IMO unless you pay too much for it.
Sometimes a good cleaning and with better paste is all that is needed.
I bought some cheap pics and precision tools from Harbor Freight and ordered som some static and lint free cotton swabs to clean stuff up really well.

early cuyler might be interested in whatever you're trying to get rid of in the way of 7870 or 660ti.

I literally just listed my Sapphire 7870 on Amazon 2 minutes ago. I will go take it down until he can let me know something.

Where did you get them and do you have any experience with using them? I keep a collection of electronics cleaning equipment, but the supposedly lint-free wipes are just terrible and leave behind tons of lint/debris. Even the alcohol wipes, which I had 100s left over from when my daughter was born. Or are these swabs not pre-moistened?

Not pre moistened. I just use 91% iso alcohol.
I use them and they work better than a regular cotton swab. They can still leave lint behind but not like the clothes you are talking about.
The best thing to use for the bulk of the work is coffee filters. They absorb, are flexible, and leave virtually nothing behind.

That's me up top on the used list though I am about to take it down for Puff so his brother can get with me on it.
ETA: I will sell it cheaper than that but on Amazon I get what I can to cover selling fees and to rip off people that don't know any better.

Yes but it will perform at 7850 level so you may as well save and get a 7850.
