it won't even take that long if i make my 5700xt help it get to that amount. i feel like i've already made my money back for it for as much time i've gamed on it for the past year and a half.

for those of you that like to crypto mine and tinker with new tech, this might tickle your fancy....

Rebtech MOBO for 8 GPUs ($159)

Rebtech.com

the only thing you have to install onto the mobo is the SSD wiht HiveOS. the video shows a guy pairing it with a server style powersupply so its a pretty cool/low profile setup.

Seeing a notification, and beating a BOT to get it in your cart and checked out are two different things. Snag one and I'll pay you 100$ over MSRP.

Got a question for people with any sort of server/workstation builds (specifically with Xeon Processors and ECC memory)...

I can purchase this SFF workstation build for about $700 + shipping - barely used at all. Current owner just purchased a brand new flex-ATX PSU rated for 300 W, 80+ Gold rated. Specs:

quote:

Intel Xeon E-2176G 6/12 Cores
Scythe Big Shuriken 2 REV.B + Noctua A12x15 CHromax Fan
ASRock WS C246W WSI (WITH FULL BOX and CABLES !!))
32GB (2x16GB) Crucial VLP ECC 2666MHz DDR4
NVIDIA Quadro P1000
Toshiba RC100 NVME SSD 240GB
Case 4 Liter J-HACK Pure-X MKI
FlexGURU 300W NEW PSU!

Hes also throwing in free WiFi and Bluetooth USB dongles.

I think my current 5600x build is probably much more capable of workstation tasks than this build, but I don't mind having an extra portable build that I can travel around with.

EDIT: Forgot to ask the question lol, is this a good deal?

So I asked back in November but anything new on the monitor front? I looked around back then and had decided on something but ended up having some unexpected expenses pop up and didnt get to pull the trigger on a monitor. Still looking for mostly the same. 144hz or so 4k if possible. Are most people in here using multiple monitors or one single large monitor?

I love my GN950. Huge improvement over whatever dell model 1440p/165hz I had previously

My GN950 is my primary monitor. On top of that I have an ultrawide, and then above that in the corner is my tv for random shite
