Far Cry 6 to be bundled with Ryzen 5000 chips in Q4 2020
The Ryzen 5600 (non x) should also be coming Q1 2021 and will only be $229.

I wish some of the DACs/Amps had all of the I/O on the back. I really want to get the Hel, but the way I'm going to have everything cable managed, having the I/O on the back would be so much cleaner
Edit: Eh I said frick it and went with the Hel anyway

I can’t see the price being legit, that would be completely retarded. They’d sell like 2 of them. I’m sure it’ll still be $3k, which is dumb enough as is
May just pull the trigger on a CX 48” or a GN950. Time to start researching

if that's the gigbyte model, i'm not sure if it'll work. that article specifically states MSI. can you put the MSI BIOS onto the gigabyte model?

I was about to say, meanwhile, smart people will just get a 48" CX which is $1,500 at FULL retail (non sale price); runs 4k@120hz with variable refresh and G-SYNC, can hit 800nits with HDR, is color accurate out the box, covers nearly 100% of P3 color gamut and will have the deepest blacks you can get being OLED.
Not sure why more people aren't gobbling those sets up. I guess just TOO big for some people's setups or the paranoia with burn in risk.

Jay-z yikes (dot) meme.
Oh well....it was a budget build so I'm not gonna be mad. Still have plenty of options for an upgrade from the Ryzen 5 2600.

yeah i just dont know if I could make it work with my current setup. seems like most people do a wall mount and then pull their desk away from the wall but I'm not doing that.
goal when i get my house is to have a media room with a 75" CX and my PC a little further away with a 4k monitor. If I want to play PC on the TV, I just do a quick switch and play on the couch. leaning 27GN950 right now

I want to pull the trigger on a 3080 and new monitor so bad right now, but I need to wait for the 3070 and big navi.

Yes direct price conversion is rarely accurate. It'll be like $3,500 in US.
And it's not even that good of a panel. >90% DCI P3 is low tier. All those dimming zones and HDR1400 but barely a wide color gamut.
LG GN950 for example is 98% DCI P3. Samsung G7 95%.

I mean in a world of 49" ultrawides and people with 2-3 monitor setups it just really doesnt seem like a big difference overall. I've got 2 24's side by side for my WFH setup and it's just as wide as a 48" CX.
Weird times we're in where 48" doesnt even really seem that big (for a tv).
