any of yall baws have a spare GPU I can rent until I get either a 3080 or 3090? really didn't think it would be this shitty of a launch and I need something to run my PC
ill gladly pay to borrow something for a few weeks
I've got an old R9 380 4GB card from Sapphire that will run 1080p 60 Hz with reduced settings.
Its old, but its good quality (Sapphire is the best AMD AIB brand).
I don't need it anymore, since I have a 2070 Super which should last me a while

Don’t use your credit card. Mine got swiped after buying off kinguin or g2a. Use PayPal or something similar.
I've never had issue, used Kinquin for years, esp for W10 keys.

Nvidia Is Manually Reviewing RTX 3080 Orders to Stop Scalpers
i'll never understand why companies like this won't limit 1 unit per customer/email address.

I don't get how people are shocked by this. Bots on sites like Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, etc.. have existed for years.
With a GPU launch this hyped, of course the limited stock was gonna sell, and of course the scalpers were gonna use bots to aid in buying as much stock as they could.

it's not the bots that are baffling. it's the fact that best buy, Amazon, and BH Photo haven't even received cards yet. So dumb
only US site with confirmed orders is Nvidia direct

Best Buy had stock this morning when I checked. They EVGA XC3 and the MSI Ventus were both in stock.
IDK about Amazon or BH

BR best buy said they never received any.

Best Buy never sent any to physical stores, you had to order online and get it shipped to the store or your house.

Best Buy didn't sell a single FE card, I refuse to believe they received any. I've been in reddit megathread all day and only place that US customers have confirmed orders from is Nvidia

Oh the founders cards, yeah I wasn't looking for those. I tried to buy a EVGA card and it went out of stock as I was paying through paypal.

Yeah. Might toy around and build a garage pc out of it. I'll let it go for cheap.

BB employees probably bought them before they ever hit the shelf.

From what I heard they did it all online, no card went to a store this morning, you had to buy online and ship to store or your house.
Microcenter is the only physical store I know for sure had them, people camped out for them.

Theres no way any physical location had them. The stock was limited to begin with.
Only way to get them is online.
I would suggest for those of you that want one - set your alerts on your phone, use nowinstock, literally have your browser open CONSTANTLY.
When I built my SFF PC, I had to literally do that to grab an SF600 Platinum PS from Corsair and the B550 ITX board from Gigabyte in order to get one when they came back in stock.
