Good build, other than the absurdly high ram prices with no end in sight any time soon.

Idk about building just for Destiny 2 though, I think it will struggle on PC and die pretty quick, but JMO.

Agree.

Games like this do better on consoles. PC gamers tend to move on quickly and play new games unless something new like DayZ or PUBG comes along.

Edt: or you are going into a community that has a crazy PC fanbase already like Blizzard games.

Yep, I preordered for PS4 but mainly to get into the beta today and will cancel afterwards. Not too excited for D2 despite enjoying the first one a lot for a few months.

I am just because my PS4 is all I have with me during the week, until GPU prices drop.

Finally got Gig speed in my area, don't need that fast but upgraded from 200 to 400.

Yeah I feel the same. We have 300-450 in our neighborhood but don't need to upgrade past 150. I might have upgraded but also pay for internet service in 2 locations. Need to save that extra 20bucks.

Edt: Are you maxing out Steam servers? Think 100MB/s max them out in my region.

I need to move back to cox. AT&T's maximum speed at my house is 25/4, and I can get 300/30 with cox. The 1tb data cap is going to frick me on either too, so that doesn't matter

Suddenlink has no data caps from their 100Mbps and above plans, $74.99 unlimited and 400/40.

They've been really good over these last couple years.

I want to build a gaming PC to play on my 4K TV. Do I need a 1080 Ti or will a 1080 be able to handle 4K/60fps at med high settings for current games? I don't need everything maxed, but I will swallow the bitter pill if the Ti is absolutely necessary.

Damn I don't want to pay $800 for a GPU when Nvidia will probably release something better for $500 in early 2018. Vega looks like a disappointment so Nvidia has the enthusiast market by the balls.

Dude, never wait on tech.

Purchase for your use or you will always be waiting.

I had uverse for a while, max was 18mbps in my area. I switched to Cox as soon as 50mbps was available. Now I'm on the 300 plan as well. Gonna have to watch my torrenting a little.

The only TV I watch is netflix, prime and a few network shows, but I will have to watch it too, it's more the DL than the UL at this point.
