See, these are worst popular boards. Otherwise the entire list would be occupied by PC Chips.
Man, the list of mainstream mobo brands has shrunk a lot in the past decade. Most of the current ones were around back then but also competing with Abit, Shuttle, DFI, Jetway, Albatron, and many others I'm forgetting. ASUS was universally regarded as the best and a lot of people still think they are. Intel boards were prominent and mainstream, and Foxconn had its own brand alongside their Intel boards, and both were very good.

Edt: Are you maxing out Steam servers? Think 100MB/s max them out in my region.
I just got 31.3MB/s so 250Mbps, average was probably about 28MB/s though.

I also can't push myself to buy Destiny 2 for PS4. Really have to buy it on PC just because it was always the FPS I wanted on PC.
But fckk that community will be gone within the 1st fckking month.

I won't get it at all most likely.

ECS supposedly had one of the best Z77 boards for OCing, but I haven't heard anything since

I have an intel X79 board WITH NO EUFI... Overclocking this 3930k was weird as frick on the old school bios

We have nothing in common. Relationship over.

Isn't there going to be some sort of crossover

For PC and XBONE maybe but doubt PS4.

Answered your XIM4 question.

Yep thanks man. I have it sitting in my Amazon cart.
So the support for newer games, usually comes about 1-2weeks after launch?

Yes, people are saying the profile for destiny 1 works right now though. It a matter of when they get a working profile for the game to map the controller.

TSMC is preparing for the move to a 7nm process by expanding suppliers and tooling up for Deep UV equipment. Unlike Samsung, who will be using Extreme UV tools for their initial launch of 7nm product in 2018 TSMC have chosen to delay the move to EUV until the technology matures. They will instead use DUV for its launch of their 7nm products, dubbed 7N, in 2018. The difference between the two types of UV is the wavelength, DUV can be produced at 248 and 193 nm while EUV is an impressive 13.5nm, which is why the industry (and ourselves) depend on this process maturing and being adopted by manufacturers. The EUV equipment that is being tested is still relatively new but should produce a better chip in theory, though perhaps not as many usable ones per wafer when first rolled out. You can pop by DigiTimes for a list of the suppliers TSMC is adopting as well as a bit more detail.
TSMC moving to 7nm
I remember first reading about the "8nm limit" 3-4yrs ago. Was just mind fckked that we are making things so small that light's wavelength was too wide to make the channels on chips.
Well guess this is fixed with a DUV which I wasn't aware of existed.

Yeah TSMC passed Intel back in March for the leader in market capital.
At that time it was by about 3 billion, now it is 20 billion. Crazy.

They make so many chips for so many different companies. Really makes you go whoah.. it takes forever to retool those devices for a certain output. (its one reason we have i3-i5 even if they are the same chip) You make to a certain spec and the non-desirable yields get binned down to a lower offering.

Yup, they've been the mostly exclusive provider for all of the Apple A series chips and continue to be, anyone in that position is going to be quite large.
Now they are starting to attack the data centers with ARM and are just pulling away more and more as that continues to evolve. They project 25% of the server market to be ARM by 2020, of course until recently Intel owned 99% of that market, currently 97% I believe.
Intel really needs to get going on multiple fronts, but they are so far behind on the mobile chip market I don't see how they can.

If it's a good enough game, there will be some hardcore holdouts. It just won't be saturated with players because it's not cs go or a fricking MOBA. I am still playing Titanfall 2 on PC with the smattering of players left, and it's fine. You just play with the same people a lot.

Managed to snag a Sapphire Pulse RX580 8GB on Amazon for $259 after checking stock checker sites from time to time.
Instantly to eBay with that puppy and already over $350.
