Just ordered 16GB of memory and a Samsung 850 Evo M.2 SSD for my laptop.
The laptops M.2 slot will only reach 10Gbs so I couldn't justify putting the new 950 Pro in because it would be pointless.

I'll jump on it. Never played a Gears of War title. I've always been PC, Playstation and Nintendo. During the Gears of Wars days I was playing the valve library of HL and CS.

Has gaming been really fckking exciting this year? It has been years(2012-2013) since PC hardware and gaming really felt fun. I know its the development cycle, but not looking forward to another 1.5-2yrs of soso hardware and games. Sad Face.

GD'it I need help.
I can't get the PC I built for my nephew to install Windows from a flash drive. I have tried the Microsoft program and rufus with both Windows 10 and 7 iso files and still nothing. The motherboard won't even flash to the bios for me to choose the boot menu.
What am I adoing wrong?

I have one better...I forgot to hook the power supply rail into the mobo and was wondering why I couldn't even get beep codes.

My son, Deuce Midnight made this error when they went to 2 power connectors back in the day. Of course, he eschewed reading manuals and was just "winging" it. He was at annual training (he's a network administrator in the Air National Guard) - and I figured it out for him. "All you want it to do is POST, right? I'm not going to build the thing, but I'll look at it." He thinks I have the magic that ILike actually has.
