Depending on how long the game goes 15k+ for mercy. She isnt always the best option though. You have to counter what the other team has with a different healer like moira or lucio.

Yep. Quickplay is just a total crap shoot on who you get matched with. I played a game where everyone on the opposing team minus one was level 1500+ and my entire team was below level 300.
I'm okay at the game, better than average but nothing special. Some games I'll go off, some I'll be worthless. Stopped playing for a long time because the game got so frustrating. Trying to get back into it though. Been enjoying playing Bridgette.

Probably haven't played since last fall. Played a few games of quickplay this past weekend (not much has changed in that regard). It's a fun game. Just can't take it seriously because it such a team game that even like one shite player on your team can cause you to lose.
The best way to rank up is to just find someone to team with who you can depend on to not be shite. You'll probably win 70% of your games that way in lower levels.

It actually depends on the pace of the game, and if you're playing a spray vs a single shot. I've seen plenty of McCrees who were bronze/silver in kills up gold damage because instead of getting partial kills, they're getting lots of solo kills. DVa can get a crap ton of "kills" because she'll ping nearly everyone out there.

Because people are stupid. Just wait until you start playing comp and people rage quit. You're just down a player after that and it's pretty much impossible to win. I've been playing for two years and there has been exactly one game where we lost a player and still won. And we still needed the other team to be ridiculously terrible.

This is the correct answer. It's not your team's fault, in general, it's yours.
If you play well and communicate in a positive way with your teammates, you will climb eventually.
Obviously in a vacuum you can get toxic teammates and have less chance to win, but the opponent has the same chances to have those types of games as well.

I don’t know which quick play player base is worse, this or rocket league. Both are just abysmally bad.

Couldn’t find the main OW thread but I’ve got to ask...Did this game die on PS4??
I traded it in awhile back (when Brigitte went live) and saw there was a free weekend so said f it and tried it out again. Queue times for comp matches average around 7-10 mins. Matchmaking is absolutely horrendous. I placed 3300 something and I get mixed 4-5 stacks of plats and gold players who don’t get in voice. Wtf? Not once did I get a lobby with other diamond or master players.
No one talks anymore. I probably played a good 25 matches or so over the weekend and haven’t heard one person on a mic. Not one. Finally just said eff this shite right before typing this up

This was my exact thought when i read the op. Blaming team mates unless they go 0/20 is a losers mentality. You are the only constant. If you are losing a bunch then its time to look at what you are doing.
