Is anyone having any issues with joining an online dynasty? When I accept the invite, it tells me that there is an EA server error; however, I am still able to play games online. This was happening last night for a few other friends and me.

It’s exactly like Madden. Built on Frostbite, the exact same engine. Any improvements you see from last year’s Madden will carry over to this year’s. Gameplay for both 2025 games will be identical.

I’ve noticed it seems to happen when you just barely crack the top-5. It’s like the game didn’t think you were top-5 but it says you are. Wonder if it’s an internal rounding error

sounds like the same mechanic EA ha used in FIFA for years
I haven't played yet, I imagine the META is still similar to the old game? Fast edge rushers and fast quarterbacks are OP and it's hard to run the ball between the tackles?

I don't find it that hard to run, as long as you wait for your blocks. However, i am playing on varsity.

Is anyone else having trouble scheduling visits? I’m in a couple guys’ top three, they have their list narrowed down to their top 5 or 3, and it won’t let let schedule a visit. It says ‘Visits will become available once the recruit has narrowed down to his top five schools’

Another update. I lost to UGA, beat K State in the bowl game, and the lost to Clemson the first game of the next season. This is RTG.
Thoughts on gameplay so far:
1. Maybe it's because I'm playing for LSU, but simulated defense and special teams is bad.
2. I agree with other posters about pass protectection. Was average to bad with LSU oline. Next season, Campbell and Jones are gone. It was really bad against Clemson. I got sacked 7 times playing as 83 OVR elusive QB.
3. Not sure I understand the point of revamped passing. It's fine for the most part. Lob passes are easy TDs for fast receivers unless there is tight coverage. Intermeddiate passing is harder. My main issue is when I know I am about to be sacked it takes to long (longer then IRL imo) throw a pass.
4. Suggested plays on offense are awful. Suggested runs on 1st and 10, 2nd and 9 against UGA where the RB was getting nothing.
5. While passing has not been too dificult overall, lots of drops. The announcers are constantly saying "that would have been a big play ball went right through his hands."
I played one dynasty game yesterday and got majorly screwed on a roughing the punter pennalty (by CPU not me). I guess this is somewhat realistic, but come on.

In year 1 I recruited a 5* WR that ended up being a 79 OVR with the “elite” dev trait. I redshirted him in year 2 and in year 3 he’s an 87 OVR and an absolute beast.

There’s a lot of pre-snap pass protections you call out to your o-line.

Pass protection has been pretty straight forward to me. Do I have a better OL than they have DL? If yes, my whole playbook can be used. If no, look to try to get some quicker pass plays going. Play action is tricky. If you’re just tryna throw bombs with a bad OL vs an elite DL, that’s on you
