I may be sending my Xbox back in as well. It keeps randomly losing connection to my controller. I've tried both of my controllers, using AA batteries and using the charge and play kit.
At least mine is playable, it only happens a couple times an hour and corrects itself in a few seconds. Just annoying.

Might be that the Kinect is losing connectivity to the controller. I had to move my Kinect sensor up to the edge of the table I use it on so it could see where the controller was. I could use the dashboard without issue but it would not register controls for a game.

Also got a code for Forza out of it.

I haven't tried a disc yet ... but if somehow mine doesn't work I will most certainly get Forza out of the ordeal as well over Ryse.

Once you um.... "resist" the tempting offer of Ryse, you can get Zoo Tycoon, Forza, or DR3. The guy I spoke with was very hesitant to mention that other games were avaliable.

Well I am in a sticky situation though. First I need to see if my disc drive actually works or not. If it doesn't and I have to go through this whole rigmarole then I have to decide on what to do ...
I am going to get Ryse one way or the other because I am too intrigued by that time period for me to pass up playing the game, plus visually it looks great though the game play might be lacking.
So do I (A) Opt to receive the game for free making me not feel as bad for having it, or (B) Opt to get another game that's much better then buy it later so I can at least get some trade in value for it?
