Okay, so I tried a different HDMI cable and still no go. I tried a 3rd HDMI cable. Still didn't work. HDMI out on my xbox in broken. Amazon will have a new Day One edition to me by Wednesday.

For some reason, you have to set your sound settings manually in the Xbox Settings.

Rofl, make sure they send you a day one edition. First they would only guarantee me a standard edition then they backtracked to say they didn't have any at all.
