I came in on the end of the discussions so may have missed the original point. I didn't believe it at first until I actually tested it myself. I was originally playing on PC with a controller and couldn't for the life of me figure out how the console people were snapping to my head constantly.
Finally tried playing on console and it was night and day different. Tested not touching the controller and letting people run across the sights. Console it would stick and follow briefly. PC it pretty much didn't move. From what people have said, the PC controller has the same specs as m+kb as far as that is concerned. You are at a big disadvantage if you try and play on PC with a controller.

Not speaking for everyone, but I just can't use keyboards. I've tried and tried, just can't do it.

People are everywhere. Roofs, alleys, farmland, hills. It's not hard to pick them off as they peek the roof line. A lot of the roofs are intentionally designed so they can't look down close to the building they are on unless they jump up on the ledge of the building, in turn completely exposing themselves to fire.
I've camped roofs in a few rounds and in truth I die a lot more that way. Most of the time I end up getting sniped from someone on a taller roof nearby. When you are at the street level, it's pretty easy to zig/zag/dodge your way through and not get killed. You have to know when to strategically retreat from a position with your team because you arent going to win the gunfight if you engage.

I do not want to play against key board and mouse players. It matters. I shouldn’t be forced to. All my friends play on PS4 so it’s easy enough. It’s a reason I never really wanted Sony to cave on cross play.

Meh. That’s not a good thing imo. I want the full lobby. I honestly rather 20 kills than winning with 8.

Question for y’all - since the update before this (1.16 I believe) I’ve had terrible issues with lag/getting kicked from servers. I’ve checked my internet and it’s fine (and has been) and this is the only game I have the issue. I reinstalled as well and didn’t fix anything.
Was wondering if anyone else had this and possible fixes. Since we may be all locked in our houses for the next month I need COD more than ever rn

That doesn’t really happen often. I think I had one lobby that didn’t fill up and I think it was more to do with the back out bug from launch.

xQc complained about Crossplay/controller last night. Said it's most evident in the Gulag when you're 1 v 1ing someone. The person with the controller doesn't have to react as fast because so much work is being done for them, whereas his reaction time to that person is 180-195 ms. Before he can even aim, despite knowing where the person is going, he's dead to aim assist.
