Or you use both tactics like every CoD that has ever been released. The red dots make camping less attractive and give people a reason to use silencers. It is something very simple that just shouldn’t have been changed. It’s a staple of the game.

it's a red perk slot (same slot as Ghost).

if you don't use Kill Chain, you can only acquire your kill streaks though gun kills or lethal equipment kills.

Kill Chain allows the kills you get with a cruise missile, for example, to be put towards your VTOL or Chopper Gunner or Gun Ship or whatever your next kill streak is.


eta: you can only cycle through your kill streaks with one life though. once you reach your last kill streak, you can obtain them again until you die.

More of a joke. I use kill chain sometimes but I mainly play Search. Ghost is all anybody uses, or hardline for round 1.

I must have that much better headphones then. You seriously can’t hear people tip toe? I’m fricking scared to even move when someone is in the building with me.

Plus so many people use ghost that relying on red dot is useless. It’s a “nice to have” and that’s all.

Yes, I can hear people tip toe. But campers don't move period a lot of times. Just ADS on their spot. It is nice to know what corner they are in if they just blasted my teammate. This has been helpful in all CODs. To rush/stun/nade those people..

In prior CODs ghost does not cover up the red ping. The only thing that did that was silenced weapons. (which actually makes it easier to have more useful weapon types) We would expect it to work the same.


It's not a deal breaker for me but it is what it is. Something they put in the game to help slower players.

Most people equipped a silencer in previous CoDs when camping anyway. I don’t see what the fuss is about.

Anyone know how the frick to get the last chat message or few chat messages to disappear? This is for PC... Battle.net. I even went into Campaign after my last MP match and messages in orange were still on the screen. So infuriating.

This game is a piece of shite. Unless they fix it quick its going to die quickly. What the frick were they thinking with these maps. Idiots. I hate almost all of them. Aniyah Palace is the worst. Run around for 5min and don't see anyone then get sniped by someone camping in one of 50 windows.

You literally need to learn how to use the mini map properly.

I shred regardless it was just a horrible decision and completely makes silencers useless and greatly encourages camping. I play wagers/gb matches the majority of the time the shite ultimately doesn’t matter just makes pubs dumb af
