Warzone absolutely sucks right now.

Every match I get into there are only like 40 people left after the first circle and then you run into a team and get cheesed with the bullshite pistols and burst weapons. They broke the game and they don’t even give a frick they put these dumb arse radiation zombie circles over major POIs so everyone jumps in the same spot and by the time it’s end game there’s 15 people left in a giant arse circle. Oh and not to mention teams will just tell a teammate to become a zombie and they get a constant uav

I really can't think of a single thing they've done that's actually improved the game.

Maybe one of the early on gun re-balances. The only useable gun at first was the M4 so it was nice when they buffed guns like the Kilo and Grau to give us a little bit of variety. I guess you can include when they boosted the loadout costs to $10k.

$10k is kinda ridiculous for solo and maybe duos. it should be tiered based on the game size in my opinion.


Quads - $10k
Trios - $7.5k
Duos - $5k
Solos - $2.5k

or some variation of that.

After Call of Duty veteran and Warzone streamer CouRage tweeted Raven Software his wishlist of Warzone changes, the developers responded. They confirmed that the community’s feedback is being acknowledged and promised changes to the Roze skin, as well as nerfs to the over-powered Akimbo Sykov Pistols.

On April 19, Raven Software released the 1.35 update for Warzone, which includes the promised nerf for the Sykov Pistols, which were added to Modern Warfare & Warzone in a quiet update on April 15. It also removes the RC-XD from Buy Stations and fixes the bug with certain Modern Warfare snipers scopes not having glint in Warzone.

This new update comes ahead of the planned Season 3 update for Black Ops Cold War & Warzone, which is set for April 22. More information on Season 3 and what’s included will be announced as we get closer.

Raven Software has shared the patch notes for the 1.35 update for Warzone on April 19.

GENERAL

The RC-XD has been removed from Buy Stations and is now only available via Containment Monitors.
Fixed an issue causing players to be unable to equip Armor Plates after activating certain Killstreaks or Field Upgrades.
The Containment Protocol missiles will no longer land in the Play Area.
The Containment Protocol missiles have had their sound effects volume reduced.
Fixed a bug causing Loadout Drops to block movement and projectiles after the crate collapses.
King Slayer Trios – The Gas Circle will no longer move completely outside of the Play Area.

BLUEPRINTS

The Swatt Master Blueprint now correctly displays the Electric Dismemberment icon.

ATTACHMENTS

Fixed a bug with the Modern Warfare Sniper Scope and Variable Zoom Scope where they were not displaying glint.
Fixed a bug with Modern Warfare weapon perks where they were not having their intended effects.
Fixed a bug with the Bullseye Reticle where it would sometimes cause frame rate issues or the disappearance of UI elements.
Sorokin 140mm Auto (Sykov)
Hip spread increased
Akimbo (Sykov)
Movement speed reduced by 5%
80 Round Drums (Sykov)
Movement speed reduced by 5%
ADS movement speed reduced by 7%
When equipping the Sykov with the Sorokin 140mm Auto and the 80 Round Drums, damage is reduced by 25%.

Raven further clarified in a tweet that the damage reduction of 25% is when using both the Sorokin 140mm auto & 80 Round Drums together. Using them separately, there is no reduction of damage.


Raven Software also promised changes to the AUG, M16, and FFAR 1, so we can expect these final nerfs to arrive in the Season 3 update.

There is no damage reduction when using these attachments independently.
