I hope cold war has no squad spawns for multiplayer like MW and better maps. Treyarch is the superior studio so I'm sure they will come thru. Is there going to be a new warzone map for Cold War?

the rumors are "Urzikstan" or something like that. it's mentioned a couple times throughout the MW storyline.
as far as the reveal, now that i've calmed down a bit, not sure how i felt about it. i was hyped, no doubt, but i was expecting getting obliterated from a nuke or something. like, what was the point in running towards the stadium?

Event was cool to watch, but I’m still wanting to see some gameplay. A lot of the video was campaign cut scenes where it’s going to look like a movie. I’m wondering what the new warzone map will look like, if WZ and MP will feature the same guns and be connected to level up, etc.

yeah, but at least it's not "play to win". the attachments and weapons can still be unlocked by just simply playing the game. all you've really been paying for is skins and a battle pass.

They are going to $70 for cod next gen period. It’s not just an upgrade fee but the difference.
So buying the PS4 version then the upgrade is the same as waiting on the ps5 version.

I’m good with $70 I just hope they follow MW and give everything for free post game launch. That is one thing MW absolutely got right.

according to some of the tweets i've seen, all new maps and modes will be released the same way as MW. i guess they made enough money through the battlepasses and store purchases to warrant keeping it that way.
PlayStation still gets early access to certain things, but that's fine. I know in October, we PC/XBOX folks finally get the Spec Ops Survival mode.
