Holy shite. I'm about 20 hours in with my Breton battlemage and just started my other character, the murderous 2-handed-axe wielding orc. Gotta say hand to hand combat is pretty satisfying in this game.

After spending 20.5 levels sniping things with Sneak/Archery, I did my first backstab last night during the quest where you find out about the inner circle of the Companions. The cut scene of me slicing the guys throat from behind was bad-arse!

As a mage I spent much of my time dancing around trying not to get attacked. With my orc I just ran in with a power attack and it immediately cut to a scene where I smashed him to the ground with one shot. As much as I like shouting KAMEHAMEHA when shooting fireballs I'm thinking this guy is going to get a lot more PT than the mage for awhile.

Also, Dagon was the name of an Assyro-Babylonian god and of other gods throughout the past.

I named my guy Jericho because it reflects the wanderer. No last name because I don't need one.

Yea, back when I played WoW when it initially came out, I couldn't think of a badass name. I picked up a thesaurus and looked up the word "devil." Dagon was on that list. Sadly, some one took Dagon so I had to tweak it.

My name was unicorneater in WoW. But I went very unimaginative and used my real name for my first character in skyrim.

Anyone seen Lydia equip boots? I understand she equips the best possible armor but when I gave her all dearven armor she equipped everything except shoes. I even gave her something better than dwarven boots still wouldn't wear them.

Holy shite, just ran into a Draugr Deathlord... Since I'm a sneak character my strategy is: Shoot with arrow, run and hide like a little girl, repeat, hopefully don't get seen.
