really good one you get from the thieves guild though

Nightingale Bow

I improved it to exquisite and with glass arrows it is pretty tight

I am using it for now until I get the dual enchantment perk

If you have the invite to the Dawnstar Museum (I think you get it at level 20) go complete that quest and you'll then be able to go to a shrine and kill 4 deadra every few days and get free hearts that way.

So those re-spawn? That's how I got my first set, but I enchanted all the armor with shitty enchantments, figuring I'd get more hearts and just make new armor, but I haven't come across any sense.

Same here!

As for my bow I am using a legendary Daedric bow with soul trap.

Yeah they'll respawn. It may not be every two days but they will respawn after a few days.

I suppose legendary is the highest you can get these weapons and armor, correct? What is this honing? Am I missing something important?

Honing is when you use the grindstone, that may not be what it's actually called in game.

I've only seen legendary when "honing" deadric items.

How do you warrior types take down dragons? It seems like it would be next to impossible to survive longer than 10 seconds if I tried to run up to him and hack him down.
Wait til he lands and hit the shite out of him I haven't run into and problems yet. It normally will take a pause to take potions or food to regen my health.

I think a lot of the WTF question have to do with the difficulty slider, on the easiest setting the game is a cake walk.

I think every weapon type has a different adjective, my dwarven daggers are "Exquisite"

It's related to your smithing skill and the perks you used. I can make every weapon legendary because I have all the perks. Before I unlocked the glass ability, those weapons would only go up to flawless.

Yea, I figured out I was wrong, just went to the grindstone and I can make my dwarvens legendary now that I have the perk.

Ahh, after a 24 hour break or so, naturally the first thing I see is a blood dragon circling winterhold.

I love this game

As long as you have the perk for each type you can make all weapons and armor legendary.

And if you have smithing boost armor and smithing boost potions you can even improve your legendary items to a higher damage or protection.

I buy Daedra hearts. Fastest, most efficient way in the game to get them.

What are some good ways to level up?

I haven't really found a niche with my nord character that i like. I try and upgrade everything at once but it's coming back to bite me.

I would probably rather be stealthy with 2 daggers and bow, and I guess light armor to go with? My sneak is only at about a level 30 right now

Yeah... Light armor on a sneak I reckon

I just came to say, I gave Lydia some staff I found (conjure familiar) and she actually uses it correctly right when combat begins then weapon swaps

I can't keep that wench around. I lost her once found her and when I dimissed her she said she would return home, but never showed up (AGAIN!) I think she is running meth on the side.

Oh that Lydia. Haha. I remember your posts about her, when she suddenly reappeared definitely taking your loot and selling it for dope money

I thought I lost her again deep in naz-therul (sp?) under markath, but the moment I engaged, she suddenly appeared.

I go from hating followers to loving them. Sometimes they pull a bow out and get Merced but Bethesda generally did a nice job with them I think
