Yeah, I was testing the tracking mostly. I know that if I want km that I need to run in a straight line, minimizing turns, etc. I was hoping that it tracked a little closer to gps but it did not help.
As for the 5k eggs, that is the only place I have gotten a porgygon or a magnemite. I have gotten enough of some just from eggs to evolve them. I now view 5k eggs as 500 exp and stardust since I don't get anything from them. I hope for 10k and 2k eggs when I get new ones.

Actually caught a porygon in the wild last week. Never seen one before whether in a gym or one of my friends.

Hatched my 6th Onyx from a 10K egg. I'm pretty done with this game.

Brutal and I feel ya. Hatched 3 Jynx this morning on my run. I did hatch a Chansey last week which was pretty cool.

I finally hatched a good Snorlax today. I'm at 103 in the pokedex but that's pretty much all I do with the game now is hatch and now with the buddy system it'll help me get some evolves I need. I just turn it on when I run each morning and take it from there.

I'm at 89 on the Pokedex and haven't seen a shadow of something new in 3-4 weeks. Hatching eggs and buddy candy is all I can do any more.

Sounds like you need to go on a trip. Higher frequencies of different stuff elsewhere.

Saw a graph recently that some nerd (like I'm not one) put together. Based on your speed, even if under the limit, you get increased accuracy in tracking as your speed decreases. You have to be going around 5 km/hr to get full credit. You probably walk faster than that.

I went to LA last month. Venice beach has geodudes for days. I was at 91 when I went and left with 101. Caught a wild Charmeleon, Ninetales, and lots more. It was a good day.

Finally caught my last Gastly for my Gengar. At 123 now. Walking with Clefairy, Geodude and Pikachu to get my evolves. Will test out the new tracker and buddy with running this weekend. Playing scarcely now but with the buddy system I don't mind walking to get candies for evolves.
Levelling is a pain without lucky eggs though. I've been on 24 for weeks. Refuse to spend money.

My tracking with 2K and 5K eggs seem better than with 10K eggs and I have a pretty set daily routine. Not sure why but 2K egg tracking seems spot on.

The buddy tracking on my 1k buddy seems spot on (amazing how quick you can get candies), but I haven't tried running with it - this is all walking.

Turned on app in my house and saw Snorlax third on the sightings list. Got outside walked around the block one way disappeared, then turned around the other way and he spawned! 570CP...
