Been getting lot of rare spawns around me the last few days. Caught a 1320 Snorlax with Hyper Beam and had a 926 Ivysaur run on me.

New update should be any day now adding buddy pokemon.

To be honest the game is pretty shitty. I played it a ton regardless. In the 30s with 142 pokedex, but the game is bad. Buddy system won't fix it. PvP and trading is a must. The battling system is hot garbage too though.

This game will fade away in the next few months where only hardcore people play it like ingress.

That Houston map is the old one before the nests switched.

Yeah but for the most part magikarp nests should still be where they were.

I am a huge Pokemon fan, play all the games and card game, but this game sucks in my opinion

I was playing it early morning last week walking up and down the Las Vegas Strip and it bored the hell out of me.

The concept is great but the execution blows.

I have had a lot more issues recently with my KM not counting. I never had that issue before, as matter of fact I had the opposite happen where I would get KM just sitting in my house because my GPS kept trying to find my location. Now I take the dog on walks and get absolutely nothing added. I try to make sure and always restart the app before going on walks or slow drives and I look in the upper left corner. If that white pokeball is there then it means the game is having issues and I restart the app again.

My problem now is that I keep hatching total crap. All the stuff they have in 5km eggs and I keep getting Meowths and Krabbys. I am up to 121 in my Pokedex so I know it is harder to get new stuff but there is still plenty of stuff I could use the candies for to evolve, such as Rhino and Geodudes. There is also stuff I have yet to ever get, like a Lickitung or whatever. I have hatched a LOT of eggs and most of them are 5km so it is pretty aggravating to never see some of this stuff.

I am really just trying to wait it out for the next generation to be released. Until then I will catch everything I see to have plenty of candies for any new evolutions that come next.

I noticed that my Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan are no longer connected and neither can be evolved. Was that always the case? I thought the Hitmonlee evolved into the Hitmonchan. Is this a change or a glitch in the update? Or did I just assume they were connected because they both have Hitmon in their name?

I have also buddied up with Geodude so I can finally evolve my Graveler.
