Imo its cultivating talent and adapting to metas.
TL was our best team and they refused to play different comps or power picks. Xmithie is a great control jg, but what is needed now is someone aggressive that can force plays. Jenson was invisible apparently unable to play anything but Orianna and Leblanc.
Impact was solid but look at other top laners, they are solid, they carry. The Ad role is too reliant now on getting to late game, so DL has less impact.
Only analyzing TL because the rest of NA was a cluster.

In Korea and China even eu you see new talent every season come in and make waves. NA is the same people rotated between new teams.

I don't remember the exact numbers, but thought I remembered seeing TL having the highest average age at like 23, and Griffin being the youngest average 19.
I thought that was interesting especially when you speak of young talent.

Liquid average age is actually over 25

I remembered it was the highest.. man that seems old in "gamer years"
ETA: I've been looking for that tweet/link that showed all the ages at the start of worlds and I cant find it.

Ya Xmithie has been linked to retirement for months now, and with Jensen being NA resident status now TL has another open import slot.
I don't think Jake is that good internationally, he reminds me more of Pobelter where it's more domestic success then meh outside of there but he always gets a ton of love.
Jensen is the unknown. His wrist issues are apparently really bad, so he had to quit streaming and halve his scrim time with academy mid. "I'll be good for Worlds" well clearly not.

This is pretty accurate honestly.

Totally missed this.

2-0 IG so far..
IG is playing amazing in game 1 .. broke out the Kog'Maw ... Game 2 Griffen with the throw and IG storms back from nearly 4k gold deficit... On to Game 3

iG looking like a possible repeat team and EU bombing out makes me feel better.
The West still sucks.

Uh G2 just beat DWG and advanced to the Semifinals?

They have 1 team in the semis as the best region in the world? Yeah, they bombed out. G2 beat the play in LCK team.

Continue living in your own reality. 3rd EU seed took a game off SKT. 2nd Seed played a close series vs FPX.
