TL can only win one way. They never really adapted a new style outside of the occasional Taric/Sona game.
NA will never go further until the can learn to adapt on the fly and change when its needed.

While true, most EU fans aren't real happy with their performance thus far. They got out at least, but G2 as the #1 team in the world should have won their group.

Jensen I thought was terrible. You can only play around DL so much...they have so much talent on that team and they played very poorly.

NA looked horrible, but Euro 3 seed did something our 3 seed couldn’t. They did get a cakewalk to quarters no doubt. It will be a hugely lopsided affair in quarters against SKT.
American League is just flat terrible right now. Plain and simple. I think Sneaky needs a change of scenery. Would maybe like to see him cross the dark side to TSM.

Why are the NA players so far behind? Is it because it's seen as taboo to play video games with the majority of your time here?

A large part of it is soloq. Both the fact that pros play on high ping and that NA soloq is a giant fricking meme. No one takes NA soloq seriously so you can hardly even call it practice for the pros. Another is the practice regimen compared to regions like Korea, although I feel like the gap there is closer than in the past.
