Maybe lag was the wrong word. The video just isn't smooth. Very choppy.
All the other twitch streams are perfectly fine for me.
ETA: Looks exactly like it would if you were getting very low FPS in counter strike or some other first person shooter.
ETA 2: Apparently others are having issues as well. Glad I'm not crazy. Hopefully they remedy this for future games. The new set looks really cool.

Biofrost already looks better in lane than Yellowstar did all last season outside of maybe playoffs. Also playing a champion that he didn't even list was in his champion pool when he was trying out.

Holy shite Vlad is busted. Yeah Vlad is fricking broken. He just sustained through an Ekko onslaught for 25 seconds. I counted.

I have never played Vlad, but it looks like he used an ability right before he popped Zhonyas and maybe it took affect after he popped it?

Biofrost was everything I hoped he would be. He doesn't die a lot, doesn't get caught out, he's great in lane, and meshes perfectly with DL. I can't fricking wait to see how good he can get.

Yeah that Ekko was full tank. Yet, he still does major damage and pretty much single-handedly carried the game. I don't really want to see Ekko nerfed to death, but it's kinda old watching him in every single game across all leagues.

If you use an ablity before hitting Zhonya the effect still happens. Maining Morgana, you can ult and hit zhonya, and the second part of the ult will still stun, and she still spell-vamps for the damage. Zhonya makes you invulnerable and untargetable, but if the ability is used before you go golden, you have already been 'targeted', so you receive the effects.
