Drewbie and I talked about it a few posts back. With the hard MMR reset, eveyrone is sitting in silver elo on their way to their normal plat or diamond rankings.
Once the season goes on, things will even out and it will not be as difficult.

I found out the secret. Play Tryndamere. I knew when I deleted a fed Voli in 4 autos that this shite was the way I was gonna climb.

Cause your playing the game wrong. Your knowledge of how to win in solo queue is wrong. Your getting kills but not turning it into a win. Which probably means you dont know how to close out games

Thresh relies on the other teammates being able to follow orders and close with him. Same with Lee.

Thats why a number of thresh and lee sin mains are in challenger and your in silver 4 right? Cause you got teammates that didnt listen and they didnt?

Have you ever watched Xpecial stream? When they hard reset a few years ago and he was in gold he was playing mid like every game until high plat. Champion choice does effect carry potential.

Well of course champion choice affects it somewhat. You putting yourself at a disadvantage by picking Galio or any other weaker champion. But lee sin and thresh's win ratio is actually higher in low elo than it is in masters+. Your game knowledge is lacking. And your not mechanically better than the people that your playing against. Anybody not climbing currently is pretty much exactly where they are suppose to be. You cant act like your rank last season or the seasons before matter.

I was climbing quite easily and still am. Went 4-1 so far today overall. My scorelines didn't change, I've just had some really depressing games lately. I can't help losing a game that our 10/2 shaco dc's in. Or having my client crash and not being able to reconnect to the game at all. That's 40 LP gone right there. I've just been venting those frustrations because they all happened at once. Then after experiencing all of that, to lose 2 games in a row that I had a 6+ KDA in, just put me on serious tilt.

Mid top and jung are the best roles for carrying until plat/d5, then ADC replaces top.

F'ing AFKers. I know that Riots front-end servers suck and most of the time someone cant connect for 10-20 mins into the game its not their fault, but FUUUUUUUUCK. Right when you're headed for a promo game too. That is all.

I've found that I have a better chance of influencing the game I'm in playing Jungle than mid.
I primarily play mid but have pretty much spammed Xin/Voli jungle, throwing a Vi or Diana in there every now and then, and have had success. If you let Xin get to 25-30 minutes he is stupid strong.. I will play him as long as I keep winning/he's open. I've gotten lucky getting the role I want recently.. so there's that.
I'm in the same boat as others here when I play mid, doesn't matter how well I play I dont have an outcome on the game. I feel like when I jungle, if I play well we have a good chance of winning. If we lose and I play bad, that I can deal with.
I'm probably going to start queuing Jungle/top and playing Xin every game unless banned/horrible matchup.
