I generally never played ranked games until MUCH later into previous seasons. It just seems like the games as a whole in silver are much tougher than the used to be. Is this normal for early season while everyone runs through lower elo's on their way to gold, plat, and diamond?

If this is what silver is, then I can accept that I need to get better, but I find it hard to believe THAT many silver players got THAT much better in a matter of a couple months.

I was Gold most of last season, went 7-3 in promos and got placed Bronze. Starting my grind upwards. I'm getting 21-25 points per win right now and about 11-17 points per loss.
Not a fan of how long it takes in Champ Select right now....
I main ADC and support, but play mid/top as well. Not a fan of jungling for some reason...maybe because it feels like my team is down 5 kills before I get my first gank in and everyone begging for me to come to their lane.

I am not good at the jungler position. Serviceable in some games, but it isn't worth the flak you take. With the way these kids are, they die @ 2:30 and start flaming you for not ganking.
It's a thankless position.

Nothing like someone giving up multiple solo kills in lane then bitching about the lack of ganks. I had been playing Poppy jungle. She is super fun but I'm not sure she is good there. I think I may switch to Udyr/Xin.

I didn't want to buy Graves because he gets banned so much. Maybe Volibear because I do like playing tanks. That fricker is hard to kill.

Ive seen quite a few Xin tops doing very well. They are good at avoiding ganks and also can give a mid gank fairly easily and TP back to top.
