I'd say so, Syndra should be able to poke the shite of of Annie with her Q. Annie basically has to flash+ult or she just won't be able to do much to Syndra before eating a couple of Qs, a stun, and an ult to the face

Alright guys, after last night I have almost made up my decision about ADC... at the end of the day, unless I know for a 100% fact that my support is worth a crap, I would rather be the support, so I think ADC is out of the question until I know for a fact the support isn't going to crap the bed on me
ETA: and I'm going to start trying out Jungler today, the idea of pumping yourself up with buffs and running out and ganking people in every lane seems really fun

Don't bother jungling at low levels.
Jungle monsters hit hard and you need a lot of runes to do it effectively
You will have to back after every camp if you try jungling now.
but yes jungling is great fun
You could maybe jungle with warwick, yi, and Fiddlesticks at low level because they can heal themselves In the jungle

at what level will I be able to purchase enough runes? I currently have like 4k riot points - I really need to start looking up exactly what runes to get. I'm sure having at least "some" runes at this point could help me out at least a little one my characters.
(I did know Jungling seems pointless at least until I get Smite at level 10)

That makes sense then - I think the only spot I loathe right now is center, I've actually won every game I've played in center, but for some reason just don't like. Maybe it's because I've always done center lane as a fighter, because I'm not a huge mage / lux fan, can't stand the move sets of your typical center lane champion.

Knowing when to press and when to back seems like master class level stuff to the majority of the player base. They don't understand the power of TAB to alert you to respawning enemies.
And yeah my last 2 ranked matches have been awful. Open with a double kill in both games which is apparently code for mid top and jungle to start feeding.

I don't remember my last ranked win. I've gone from 80 lp in B1 to 75 lp in B2 in the past 5 days or so.

I've seen a Kalista single-handedly carry games. I just don't know where the power spikes are. She seems really weak early. It may just be me sucking, but I didn't feel strong until I had botrk, hurricane, and BT. And by then the game was over.

SK no longer undefeated. Got rolled by Fnatic today. I really can't tell if EU is good or not. Right now I feel like compared to other regions they're just really really bad. They just run around and kill each other over and over. It's like a less skilled version of last year's chinese meta.
