Damn LoL shitting all over the swag flag.
Been teambuilding while trying out Xerath. He's pretty fun although I seem to alternate my ult experience. It's either awesome or total derp, the mechanics apparently will take some getting used to...

Xerath is great.
Take your Q off smartcast
Don't save.your ult just to cleanup or your teammates will hate you
I like barrier
The combo is e w Q. Get deathcap 2nd or 3rd. Morellos or athenes first depending on if your jungler isn't letting your blue get invaded and will leash it.
Try to avoid zed talon and leblanc
The rank 1 range isn't that great. Use it to finish someone in lane. Wait till lvl 11 to make the crazy faker ult roams

This is the tough one. Anchoring down in a team fight when you've been at W or E range just invites Sej or Wu etc to rush my arse. I assume barrier helps. Just a matter of getting a feel for timing and positioning which comes with time.
Oh and Heimer is an awful experience with Xer. Just awful.

Once I found about smart cast at the end of season 3, I haven't turned it off for anyone.
Is there an option to have smart cast on, so that if you hold your ability button down, it shows the cast range/icon, and when you let it go, it activates?
It'd be a nice middle between the two types of casting.

Proceeds to feed early, has 90 farm at 20 mins and gets mad at me about it.
I can't do support in solo queue anymore. It's unbearable and waste of 30 mins trying to lane by yourself because your "wanna be DoubleLift adc" is dead half the game.

Yeah playing support with randos is awful. They usually get shite on, then flame you for not following on some suicide 1v3. Just not fun

10 game losing streak. I think I'm done for a while. This is fricking ridiculous
Had a solid game this time, but nope team decides to throw by staying too long at enemy base. Team dies, they get baron, and I'm stuck in a 1v5 to end the game. Stupid stupid stupid

last night I played one game, it was so awful
had a top lane wukong who died 10+ times before even recording his first kill
our mid-lane Annie died 15 times before getting her 1 and only kill of the game, and then proceeded to die 3 more times.
our Blitzcrank jungler killed a few red and blue mobs, but for the most part camped out next to one of my bottom towers
and my Support / Tank Quinn thought she was a fighter and kept trying to push REALLY REALLY hard against an ashe / annie duo, and every time I would push with him / her, they would pull back so that my ashe was directly in front of the ashe and annie, and their quinn was nowhere to be found... especially not in between me and the enemy.
So by the end I was still able to get my level high enough to destroy the ashe / annie combo at the bottom, but 2 of their champions had 20 kills, and would side swipe me (because, I guess it was too hard to ask the Quinn to ward anything as well...) after they killed the champions in their lanes :banghead:
