The new camp was meant to balance the two sides of the map. 3 camps on each.
They also wanted to kill the early ganks by the jungler (due to hitting level three after just the two buffs).
But to "balance" the harder jungle, they gave extra gold buffs to completed jungle items (like ancient golem and wraith and wriggles). However, you have to fork out nearly $2k gold before it starts to pay off..... and you have to be a heavy farm jungler to make it worth it.

yeah. essentially, it wasn't worth it for the jungler to hover around their blue-buff side of the map. you only had wolves and it was inconvenient. the extra wraith makes it worth the jungles while to be somewhere else besides mid/red buff side

AKA, unless you are garbage as a jungler, it's useless and ruins the rest of the jungle.

ETA: 19/2/19 as Cait in my last two games with her. Not sure I want to even roll with another ADC. Unless they pick Draven, then I'm goin Varus 100%

The sale they had that started Monday was one of the best ones yet. Granted I already had Janna and Voli, but I grabbed Irelia and the three skins (Annie, Ez, Janna)

I've never understood Riot's strategy when coming out with new skins. They'll come out with skins for champs that aren't viable at all, and will give a champ that already has 4-5 skins another one while champs like Kha and Zed who have been out a while still only have 2.
Riot would have made a billion dollars had they released a Zed skin in season 3 when he was God-mode. Now even if they released one, I wouldn't get it because he's so bad now. I think they could be a lot smarter with their skin releases from a profit standpoint.

If I see him picked I instantly zone in on him and kill him first no matter what. He pisses me off that much.

Last game I played as draven I had a Taric support and we were up against Jinx and Thresh. Complete lane domination.

Turtle is streaming. He's got 3 accounts in the top 6, and the account he's on right now is in a promo series to get into Challenger. Watching him makes me sick. He trolls the frick out of games and is still easily the best SoloQ player on the server. About to have 4 accounts in Challenger.
