If you shoot, do so with another piece of cover close by to block their echolocation. Shoot, sneak, repeat.

I need to play SP more to get a feel for the game first. I need to learn the ins and outs of the sneak system, etc. Don't want to go into MP just guns blazing.
The one thing I will say about this game that bugs the shite out of me is when the others in your group are "sneaking around" right in front of the bad guys in plain open view is really laughable.

I really love this game. the interaction and fighting with the infected is great, the story is fantastic, dialogue is some of the best I've seen in a game, visually beautiful, but the sometimes the interaction with the human AI is silly. you can walk right in front of them sometimes and they will not see you or not react for like 3 seconds, and other times they will see you easily. I don't know sometimes the AI just seems dumbed down

I've been having a lot of fun with the MP. Hunting rifle + 9mm is a deadly combo, using a lot of the crafting materials to get out of jams.

Really starting to get a feel for this game. Like it.
And it's a zombie game. I'm sorry. Paint it any way you want, and it doesn't take away from the greatness of the game, but in it's spirit, it's zombies. I know they are "infected", but so are zombies.
