Not really. You have to do certain dungeons to obtain new chalices and the materials to make them but you can skip around and do which ever ones you have available.

If you have PS+ then you can upload your save before you make a choice at the end of the game and just reload the save after you get each ending. If you do this make sure you turn off automatic upload. You can also put your save on a flash drive and reload it that way.

Depends, what was your last boss, how many have you killed. I counted 16 total bosses, 17 if you hit Iosefka early

I beat it with only fighting 13. I didn't know I was at the end until I triggered the last fight. I started a brand new toon within 10 mins of beating it. I've never once replayed a game right after beating it. I can't believe I've been missing out on From games this whole time.

I've beat Cleric, Father, BSB, Amelia, and the witches so I have a while to go. I've put in 28 hours already too

I was at about 110 hours by the time I got the platinum trophy. I didn't expect to put in near the time I did.
