I never finished because I got annoyed with the controls, but that controls weren't that annoying, just didn't feel like dealing with it at the time.
SS is still the only Zelda I have never completed, besides spirit tracks and another DS one I don't remember the name.
I wish they would have gave us pure button controls though.

Since Nintendo is adding button controls for the HD version, I will playthrough the game again just because of that addition.

Turns out it was a lot like what I thought a console version of FE was going to be. I just played through one battle, and it wasn't bad at all. Not a day one purchase, but I like these sorts of games and I'll give it a go once it goes on sale for cheap.
