I'm be watching but I'm not expecting anything. Can't believe this will be the first main direct since September 2019.

The last Mario Party was okay, a little too level of a playing field though.

What we need with Mario Party are new boards. Just 4 very boring boards are not enough. The fckking first Mario Party had better boards than the one now.

Totally agree. After 7 or 8 they forgot how to make legit boards. They also started moving all the characters together instead of individually for whatever reason. I don’t see why they cannot just go back to the old style. It was so much more fun.

I can't remember if they are speaking with Sony or Microsoft about it though

Probably Microsoft. They have been working together lately. Sony pretty much gave them both the middle finger when approached about cross platform play

Is it too much to ask for a true Ocarina of Time remake?

Sony has always tried to do everything proprietary when possible.

Betamax
Digital Audio Tape
Memory Sticks
Minidisc

If anything, they’d port it like the recent Mario compilation.

They did say Grezzo (company that made Ocarina of Time 3DS remake) was working on a game so there’s always a possibility...

Personally I'd like a reimagining of Majora's Mask on Breath of the Wild's engine. I think Termina and the three day cycle would adapt very well to that engine.

I'd rather Ocarina of Time on a BOTW engine/world. The 3 day cycle would probably suck on a BOTW sized map

Oh yeah, Termina would be 2/3 the size of Hyrule from BotW. You can't have it as big as it was in BotW and make it work. More the size of Skyrim. Here's my idea for it (Put a lot of thought into this).

1) 8 Temples and 8 Lands instead of 4 from MM, so instead of 4 giants you must rescue 8 to keep the moon from destroying the world. In the middle would be Clock Town, Termina Field, and Romani Plateau. Going from North clockwise here would be the lands:
N- Snowhead (cursed by a brutal winter)
NE- Rito Valley (cursed by brutal rain and storms making it impossible for Ritos to fly)
E- Mogma Mines (cursed with quicksand and sand storms)
SE- Ikana Canyon (cursed with the undead making sure they can't move on even after the world is destroyed)
S- Black Forest (cursed with darkness and violent plants and animals)
SW- Swamp (cursed with poisoned water)
W- Ocean (cursed with smoking and oily water)
NW- Volcano (cursed with eruption and poisonous gas)

2) The stray fairies return and grant you powers if you return all of them to the local Fairy Fountain in the land. The 4 temples from Majora's Mask reappear remixed to varying degrees. Here are the temples again from North going clockwise:

N- Snowhead (Must knock down a central pillar to face boss; white stray fairies grant you Goron Bracelets)
NE- Sky Sanctuary (Must manipulate wind currents to line up the floating temples to face boss; brown stray fairies grant you Rito Gale)
E- Golden Halls (Must drain the sand to the bottom level to face the boss; yellow stray fairies grant you Mogma Protection)
SE- Stone Tower (Stone Tower is different this time around. The lead up to it is like Hyrule Castle in BotW with filled with monsters. The actual temple is inside a painting at the top of tower and must have all 6 transformation masks to enter it, where it is intended as the final dungeon. Instead of 2 sides like in the last game, you will manipulate gravity all 6 sides with bow and arrow. It's more like one of those infinite stairs paints you see. Defeat 6 phantoms to face main boss; purple stray fairies grant you Great Fairy Sword)
S- Dark Deku Tree (Heal Deku Tree's roots to reveal boss; black stray Fairies grant you Great Fairy Shield)
SW- Woodfall (Filter out the poisoned water to face boss; green stray fairies grant you Great Fairy Bow)
W- Great Bay Rig (Manipulate water currents to face boss; blue stray fairies grant you Zora's Grace)
NW- Power Station (Manipulate electric currents to face boss; red stray fairies great you Mountain's Fury)

3) 80 Shrines total and 10 Towers. Shrines are also timeless, so when you enter one time outside not only freezes but once you've beaten a Shrine it is beaten even when you reverse time. They give you Time's Tears, 4 of which you can give to the Happy Mask Salesman where you can get a Heart Container or Stamina Container.

4) 60 Masks total with 3 new transformation masks: Rito, Mogma, and Wolf.

5) Every mask now has a secondary function where you can activate the overworld conditions in which you can have gotten the mask. For instance with a boss' mask, you can instantly lift the major curse affecting the land and not go reface the boss of the land. If the mask you use however can only be earned sometime in the future, you will move forward in time to the earliest time you could have earned it. You can only do this with 3 masks per cycle however.

6) Bomber's Notebook turns into the Bomber's Tablet. It will keep track of what characters are up to in the light and dark timelines of each of the lands, as some masks can only be earned in the dark timeline and some can only be earned in the light timeline.

7) Only Anju/Kafei and Romani Ranch sidequests return with all the others being new. 4 sidequests end with a major boss battle at midnight on the Final Day somewhere in the overworld, but you must manipulate events in order to face them similar to Anju/Kafei. You only get 1 shot with them, for if they kill you, you'll return to Dawn of the First Day and do it all over again.

8) Two Hyrule Castle like places both on opposite sides of the map: Stone Tower and Firerock Prison.

9) More enemy variety with King Dondongos, Queen Gohmas, Alpha Keese, Darknuts, thieves, mages, anarchists, and Deku Babas. Only Guardians that return are stationary ones.

That's my idea, but Majora's Mask is probably my favorite game of all time, but I'd love for them to take another whip at it.

No lie, but I want to buy Wind Waker again. I'll take a Zelda package for sure.

I want to see Metroid info, that's probably my #1. I can be patient on BoTW 2.

Would love to see a square announcement or two.

I'd think they'd save a botw 2 announcement for later on in the year.

But it's nintendo so we could get new content for Mario maker haha

Same, BotW2 will be a stand alone thing I believe.

I do believe, since Sunday is the Zelda Aniversity, we get a pack of remasters.

It's really not as stressful as you think it is. Just tell yourself "During this cycle my goal is ______." And once you've got it done, explore. Hell you can make one cycle just about exploring and meeting as many new people as possible. The game is somewhat stressful, but it's only as stressful as you allow it to be.
