Just joined master race, looking for some games I can sink hours into that I was previously missing out on on console. Give me your favorites.

All my friends have moved to Playerunknown's Battlegrounds...watched my son play it, looks fun as hell.

If you like the type of game play the Civilization games can give you a TON of hours.
All the Half Life games will give you plenty of play time, even the first one holds up well. The final boss fight in the first one is still sticks with me today because of how bizarre and unique it is.

What kinds of games do you like?
Some of these you might have played on console but here's a list of some of my favs:
League of Legends
Starcraft 2 (even if you have no interest in the multiplayer, the single player campaigns were fantastic)
To the Moon
Transistor
Bioshock Infinite
Shadow of Mordor
Orcs Must Die 2
Machinerium
Aviary Attorney
Papers, Please
One Finger Death Punch
Endless Legend
Diablo 3
You definitely need steam but I'd wait for the next steam sale to pick up most of these for cheap.

Speaking of which the Summer sale should be in about a week.

This. I'm currently running over 180 mods with SkyrimSE with great reliability.

Had my eye on this and it's on sale on steam right now. Recent reviews have been pretty negative. What's up with that?

Ive got a Ryzen 7 1700, with an EVGA GTX 1070 FTW. 16 GBs of 3000 Mhz of DDR4. I believe it could probably run Crysis. Tell me more about it.

It's an old joke. Although Crysis with the realism mods is still arguably the best looking game.

Rocket League, Witcher 3, Total War Rome 2, Skyrim w/ mods, Dirt Rally, Dark Souls 1

Can it run Crysis?
Crazy how Crysis 3 graphical competes with modern games today. That was what, 2012?

I'm not sure. I know the game is under constant development, so they probably changed something the hard core gamers didn't like.
