I have both PS5 and pc. I just platinum elden ring, been playing battlefield 2042, taking a break from Diablo 2/3 for the release of 4. I don't do COD or Madden. I've been looking around on steam and playstation store and nothing really seems appealing. I have loved god of war series and played them all but for some reason I'm just not feeling the new one yet. Any suggestions?

I'm assuming you have played the other souls games? Dark souls 2 & 3. Bloodbourne

If you are a fan of Diablo 2/3 you would really enjoy Path of Exile.

Ripping through Nioh 2 right now, great game. Really hate the late-game mazelike level design though.

Dying light 2 is pretty cool if you are into crafting weapons and chopping up zombies while doing parkour.

If you are into jrpgs I finally got around to playing scarlet nexus and it’s great. It’s open combat and not turn based.

Both of these are good games you should be able to get at lower prices.

These two are free if you have ps plus. I think demons souls is one of the free ones for just having a ps5 and Nioh 2 is the monthly game.

Bought Deadside off of steam on sale, and it has been a blast with a group. Nothing too deep. Just a run and gun type game with a bit of base building, etc.

The latest Hitman trilogy is very good if you like that sort of gameplay.

Cool, so it’s moved out of alpha and is about 6 months from actual 1.0?

The game is shite.

It’s sad when cod does the big map large scale gameplay better than battlefield.

Ditto on this recommendation.
The series has a fairly chunky learning curve, but it's worth it imo.

Just curious what are your current complaints about it? I'm mainly a rush player and I'm still not a fan of most of 2142 maps. Sorry to derail OP.

Where to begin?

Gunplay. Level Design. Operators with bullshite abilities. lack of classes (woohoo they're "bringing them back!"). Lack of new guns. Lack of new maps. Lack of destruction. The lack of server browser. Member that new game mode that was gonna be the new hit?

The game isn't even to beta level yet. It is, by far, the single worst FPS game ever released and remains the worst FPS game a year post release, even if it is 10 times better now than it was a year ago.

A flaming pile of shite, no matter how much make up you put on it, is still a flaming pile of shite.

2042 was bad. 2042 remains bad. Battlefield is dead. Battlefield will never return to its glory days.

I say this as the biggest battlefield fanboy ever. I preordered the most expensive version of 2042. Battlefield was the greatest FPS game and they ran it right into the fricking ground.

Let. The. Game. Die.
