The thing I liked about BLOPS is the killstreak set-up was simple. You got X amount of kills and were rewarded with whichever killstreak you achieved. Also, most of the killstreaks were simple as well, nothing fancy for the most part. COD should be about strategy, not how many killstreaks one can stack on top of each other.

After MW3 I'm hesitant to pull the trigger on release day....
Not that I despise MW3 as much as most. Just seemed I had lot more fun with friends on BLOPS. Mainly b/c we all played a lot more

He just got a kill with the microwave beacon killstreak, he may have to play like broke for a few posts before reaching a deathstreak

Variety in killstreak selection was one thing MW3 did not have. It was all air support, for the most part.
I think some of these things look pretty gimmicky, but I'm willing to see how they play out. Definitely not pre-ordering, but I'll wait for some lucky/unlucky souls of this board to review it first.
